Cancellation & Lateness Policy

We value your time and want to make sure every client receives the best experience possible.

Cancellations:

• Please let us know at least 48 to 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
• Cancellations made on the same day of appointment will incur a 50% service fee, which will be applied to your next visit.

Late Arrivals:

• Arriving on time helps us stay on schedule for all clients.
• If you’re 15 minutes late, a £10 late fee will be applied.
