Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, same day cancellations or No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost on their next visit.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:

To respect the time of our clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment.

Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be required to pay a £10 late fee.

Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and need to reschedul
